Consultant - Product Development

About the role

As a Consultant in the two‑year Operations Excellence Program, you will join McKinsey’s Operations practice and work on client engagements across a variety of industries. The role combines hands‑on problem solving with structured learning, giving you the chance to develop core consulting and operations skills while delivering tangible impact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client projects, identifying issues, forming hypotheses and designing analyses.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and synthesize findings into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and senior consultants to implement solutions.
• Engage in the OEP’s capability‑building curriculum, including workshops, mentorship and on‑the‑job coaching.
• Contribute innovative ideas and perspectives from day one, upholding ethical standards.
