Content Creator – Storytelling (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Content Creator – Storytelling you will shape Westwing’s voice for millions of design enthusiasts across Europe. Based in Munich, you will craft high‑quality editorial copy and collaborate with copy editors, merchandisers and cross‑functional teams to deliver compelling, commercially effective storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Write engaging, on‑brand editorial copy for newsletters, homepage, landing pages and brand pages.
• Connect storytelling with product assortments to create seamless customer journeys.
• Own the execution of key campaigns such as seasonal launches and Black Friday.
• Serve as the editorial point of contact in collaborations with Sales, Brand Buying and Marketing.
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice across formats, channels and markets.
• Identify and implement improvements to content quality, workflows and performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation or editorial roles, preferably in e‑commerce or lifestyle.
• Strong writing skills with a clear sense of brand voice and storytelling.
• Ability to balance creative quality with business and performance goals.
• Confidence collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Structured, hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English with impeccable grammatical accuracy.
