Customer Renewal Specialist – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Renewal Specialist who will focus on retaining and expanding our French‑speaking customer base. You will work within the Retention Team‑EMEA, using your knowledge of TeamViewer’s digital workplace solutions to guide customers through the renewal process and identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute contract renewals to ensure annual recurring revenue (ARR) is retained or expanded.
• Identify customer‑level risks and coordinate mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers via phone and email.
• Discover cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within the existing portfolio.
• Monitor market and competitor trends and provide feedback to improve processes and loyalty.

Required profile

• University or college degree in Business, Marketing or related field (optional).
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, customer retention or customer service, preferably with a focus on renewals.
• Experience in an IT/SaaS environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude and ability to work in an international team.
• Customer‑centric, results‑oriented and willing to go the extra mile.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
