Customer Service Team Lead – Germany & Austria

About the role

Parkster is looking for a Customer Service Team Lead to own the operational delivery and strategic direction of its support function for Germany and Austria. Based in Munich, you will bridge global strategy with local execution, ensuring a high‑performing, scalable service that builds trust with users and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and align an internal team of 8 agents and an external 5‑agent call centre to work as a unified unit.
• Translate Parkster’s global customer service strategy into local targets and measurable goals.
• Collaborate with the German leadership team on office‑related topics and cross‑functional scaling initiatives.
• Travel periodically to the headquarters in Lund, Sweden and the external call centre in Nuremberg to maintain alignment.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise processes and drive continuous improvement.
