Director of Operations – Frankfurt or Berlin

About the role

We are partnering with a leading delivery provider in the mission‑critical and data‑centre sector. The Operations Director will be responsible for establishing a new office in Germany and driving the regional P&L, supporting hyperscale and colocation clients across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Full accountability for the German regional P&L, including a €250 m+ pipeline.
• Build and lead a Frankfurt/Berlin based operations team.
• Oversee mission‑critical power generation projects for data‑centre customers.
• Develop processes and strategies to support rapid growth in the German market.

Required profile

• Senior project‑management or associate‑director experience.
• Proven track record in leading large‑scale, mission‑critical operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage a multi‑million‑euro pipeline.
• Willingness to create and shape a new business unit from the ground up.
