Electronics Test Technician

About the role

NAXCON GmbH is seeking an Electronics Test Technician to join its defence‑focused electronics manufacturing team in Stockach, Germany. You will work on electro‑optical assemblies and complete systems, ensuring high‑quality performance through rigorous testing and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Test electro‑optical assemblies and full systems using specialised measurement equipment.
• Analyse faults, perform root‑cause investigations and execute component‑level repairs.
• Operate and maintain testing and measuring systems.
• Machine, assemble and connect electrical and mechanical components.
• Manufacture, commission and validate components, assemblies and devices.

Required profile

• Good technical understanding with a strong focus on quality.
• Business‑fluent English and German communication skills.
• Independent, reliable and team‑oriented work attitude.
• Experience in electronics or related technical fields is an advantage.

Required skills

• Electro‑optical testing and measurement technology.
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting.
• Component‑level repair and SMD soldering.
• Machining, assembly and electrical/mechanical connection.
• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
