Executive Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join a well‑established private equity firm in the heart of Munich. You will support the Vice President of Operations and the Communications Manager while ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage internal and external events, as well as virtual and in‑person meetings.
• Facilitate communication between business partners and internal teams.
• Prepare and organise operational content, including filing, project documents and presentations.
• Assist with press and communication tasks, website updates, and company newsletters when needed.
• Handle office management duties such as facility oversight and reception support.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to prioritise under pressure.
• Strong decision‑making skills and a methodical approach.
• Native‑level German and fluent English communication.
• Relevant education (Abitur/Bachelor’s degree or comparable commercial training).
