Executive Assistant to CEO – AI‑Driven Strategic Projects

About the role

You will act as the CEO’s tech‑savvy right hand, driving AI‑centric strategic projects that deliver measurable business impact. Working directly with the CEO and closely with Product, Software Development, and Partnerships teams, you will scope, launch, and deliver cross‑functional initiatives from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Drive CEO special projects end‑to‑end: define problem statements, set milestones, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish AI‑first workflows (e.g., agentic automations, data pipelines) together with Product and Software Development to improve Vico operations and the platform.
• Pilot and operationalise the “AI agent” role inside Vicos, document learnings and scale playbooks.
• Support partnership exploration: research targets, prepare outreach materials, analyse strategic fit, and help bootstrap pilot collaborations.
• Prepare crisp analyses and decision memos for the CEO (market scans, business cases, OKRs) and track execution against company priorities.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional sprints that translate strategy into product/operations changes, managing risks, dependencies and communications.
• Build dashboards to monitor KPIs for your projects, communicate business impact, extract insights and propose next steps.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate strategic ideas into concrete actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills across product, engineering and partnership functions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, AI‑focused environment and collaborating directly with the CEO.
• Willingness to work hybrid, with regular on‑site collaboration in Frankfurt.
