Executive Consultant (m/w/d)

About the role

As an Executive Consultant you will work directly with CEOs, VPs and senior decision‑makers of leading industrial companies to enable strategic conversations around energy, infrastructure and decarbonisation investments. This position sits at the core of industrial transformation, providing curated access to high‑level stakeholders without being a traditional sales or event‑management role.

Key responsibilities

• Engage daily with CEOs, VPs and senior decision‑makers to understand emerging investment projects.
• Identify and build targeted access pathways to these stakeholders.
• Determine which solution providers are granted access to the conversations.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to develop new market segments.
• Maintain a strategic, non‑pitching approach to C‑level engagement.

Required profile

• Ability to hold confident, peer‑level discussions with experienced decision‑makers.
• Skill in asking insightful questions rather than delivering sales pitches.
• Quickly recognise genuine relevance and investment potential.
• Curious, fast‑learning and proactive in taking ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable handling responsibility and demanding interlocutors.

Required skills

• Fixed annual salary of €42,000 plus an uncapped variable component (realistically €20‑40k in the first year).
