Fair Pay / Pay Equity Associate – Europe

About the role

We are looking for a skilled consultant to join our Career Consulting team and help clients across Europe navigate pay transparency, pay equity and DEI initiatives. The role is fully flexible within Europe and operates under a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client projects on pay transparency, equity analysis, local pay‑gap compliance and DEI strategy.
• Analyse workforce and compensation data, employee listening results and policies to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver executive workshops, presentations and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support prospecting.
• Partner with internal disciplines to share knowledge and develop innovative solutions.
• Contribute thought leadership on emerging legislation and market trends.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in reward/compensation consulting with a focus on pay equity, pay gap compliance or DEI.
• Strong project‑management experience leading small to mid‑size projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of EU pay‑equity and transparency legislation.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
