Finance Accountant

About the role

Twentyfour Industries is seeking a Finance Accountant to own the full accounting cycle and ensure the accuracy of its financial records. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will build and maintain the financial infrastructure that supports the company’s rapid growth and mission‑critical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closings under GAAP, delivering complete financial statements and supporting group reporting.
• Run payment cycles, process invoices and reconcile accounts across internal systems and external partners.
• Act as the primary liaison for external tax advisors, auditors and financial service providers.
• Design, document and continuously improve scalable accounting processes, ensuring clean data flow within the ERP system.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a startup, scale‑up or Big 4 environment.
• Strong knowledge of German HGB; IFRS experience is a plus.
• Hands‑on ownership of an ERP system (Business Central experience is advantageous).
• Startup mindset with the ability to build and adapt structures as the company scales.
• Native‑level German and confident written and spoken English.
