Finance Analyst – Strategic Right Hand

About the role

Knowunity is scaling its finance function and needs a proactive Finance Analyst to act as the right hand to the Director of Finance & People. You will partner directly with senior leadership and the founders, driving financial operations, reporting, and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director by preparing decision briefs, managing cross‑functional projects, and ensuring finance processes run smoothly.
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual close activities and coordinate with external auditors.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management and produce data‑driven analysis for growth decisions.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven automation and low‑code solutions to streamline finance workflows.
• Assist in financial modeling for growth projects and act as a strategic sparring partner for the management team.
• Maintain relationships with tax advisors, auditors and legal providers across jurisdictions.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of finance experience in a Big 4 advisory firm, high‑growth startup, or both.
• Degree in business, finance or a related field from a top‑tier university.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Comfortable using AI tools and eager to automate finance processes.
