Finance Business Partner – Pharma, HR & Finance Transformation

About the role

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support its Pharma Operations and Human Resources functions. In this high‑impact position you will combine financial planning, analysis and performance management to influence strategic decisions and drive value creation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own planning, forecasting and reporting for Pharma Operations and HR, delivering monthly performance analyses, variance reports and management presentations.
• Analyse financial performance, operational KPIs and cost drivers to identify improvement opportunities and support decision‑making.
• Act as a trusted partner to the Head of HR and the Executive Director of Pharma Operations, challenging assumptions and providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Develop business cases, scenario models and financial impact assessments for strategic investments and transformation initiatives.
• Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the new FP&A platform, automating reporting, forecasting and planning processes.
• Explore and apply AI‑driven solutions and advanced analytics to elevate FP&A capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial planning, controlling or business partnering within pharma, healthcare or related industries.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Experience driving finance transformation projects, including implementation of modern FP&A tools.
