Founders Associate Intern

About the role

We are seeking a Founders Associate Intern to work directly with the CEO of VirtuHire in Munich. The role offers a front‑row seat to strategic decisions, giving you hands‑on experience in go‑to‑market initiatives, enterprise sales and early‑stage hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO on daily business tasks, including sales processes, deal support, marketing messaging and talent acquisition.
• Assist in GTM projects: prepare for sales conversations, refine messaging and support outreach to enterprise customers.
• Coordinate recruiting operations by identifying, approaching and scheduling top talent as the team scales.
• Design and improve internal processes to keep the fast‑moving company efficient.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities, ensuring no two weeks are the same.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics or a related field with a strong academic record.
• Fast learner who can grasp new concepts quickly and work independently.
• High‑agency mindset – you take initiative without waiting for instructions.
• Ambitious and eager to grow into greater responsibilities.
• Clear communicator comfortable working directly with founders in a high‑speed environment.
• Resilient and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
