Founders Associate Internship – Operations & Strategy

About the role

This is a high‑ownership internship embedded in a small, fast‑moving operations team at an early‑stage AI startup focused on freight and logistics. You will work directly with the founding team, taking real responsibility across operations, recruiting, and go‑to‑market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage internal systems, including the company website and operational tooling.
• Lead recruiting efforts and support onboarding of new team members.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives to bring AI products to customers.
• Identify and secure grant and non‑dilutive funding opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in generalist roles within early‑stage or high‑agency environments.
• Technical background or strong intuition for AI and software systems.
• Experience building or managing internal systems, websites, or operational tooling.
• Exposure to recruiting, candidate sourcing, or talent acquisition workflows.
• Experience identifying and securing grant or non‑dilutive financing.
• Fluency in German and English, written and verbal.
• Bias toward action, high integrity, and a sense of urgency.

What we offer

• Compensation of €2,400 per month.
