The German Audio QA Annotation Specialist works remotely from Germany for a global AI technology company. The role focuses on reviewing and validating German audio recordings to ensure they meet the high quality standards required for speech recognition and multilingual AI projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review German audio recordings for pronunciation accuracy, clarity, fluency, and overall quality.
• Verify that annotations are correct and comply with project guidelines.
• Identify issues such as background noise, inconsistencies, or technical defects.
• Provide structured feedback and recommend improvements when recordings fall short of standards.
• Maintain consistency across datasets by following established QA processes.
• Collaborate with reviewers and annotation teams to uphold high‑quality multilingual datasets.
• Document review outcomes and QA findings accurately.
• Support continuous improvement of AI speech models through rigorous audio validation.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in German with excellent listening and pronunciation skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in audio quality assurance, annotation, transcription review, voice‑over, dubbing, or related language quality roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot pronunciation, fluency, and audio quality issues.
• Deep understanding of German linguistic nuances, regional accents, grammar, and natural speech patterns.
