Global CRM Manager – Campaigns

About the role

Too Good To Go is looking for a Global CRM Manager – Campaigns to own the ideation, execution, and optimisation of worldwide CRM campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences. This execution‑focused position will lead end‑to‑end delivery of ad‑hoc, commercial and cross‑market campaigns while acting as the CRM expert for local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ideation, creation, localisation, approval and deployment of global CRM campaigns across B2C and B2B.
• Own end‑to‑end execution of B2B CRM campaigns, including recurring and triggered communications.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Lifecycle teams to align campaigns with overall company strategy.
• Provide CRM expertise, training, playbooks and best‑practice frameworks to enable scalable execution across markets.
• Act as CRM advisor to local teams, ensuring alignment with strategy and operational standards.
• Continuously improve CRM processes, briefing workflows and identify automation opportunities with the Senior Automation Manager.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in CRM campaign management, ideally covering both B2C and B2B contexts.
• Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end campaign delivery across multiple markets.
• Strong communication skills to train and support distributed marketing teams.
• Experience creating enablement materials such as playbooks and training guides.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Braze.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
