Global Workplace Project Manager – Germany

About the role

JetBrains is seeking a Global Workplace Project Manager to lead key workplace projects in Germany. The role is hands‑on, focusing on technical coordination, execution and delivery of office spaces that meet the company’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive workplace project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to JetBrains’ standards.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, planning, budgeting and scheduling in collaboration with senior project managers.
• Actively manage budgets, schedules and risks, resolving issues to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate communication, meetings and reporting with internal stakeholders, external partners and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, zoning and building regulations.
• Take a hands‑on approach to delivery – driving tasks forward, solving issues and maintaining consistent progress.
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and department initiatives.
• Travel to project locations to support key decisions, oversee milestones such as inspections and handovers, and maintain strong collaboration with partners.

Required profile

• A degree in construction, engineering, architecture or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in construction or workplace project delivery with strong technical coordination skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and a proactive, structured problem‑solving approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in international, cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and proficiency in German, especially within the construction sector.
