Graduate Business Developer – Partnerships

About the role

Ebury is looking for a motivated recent graduate to join its Partnerships team in Düsseldorf as a Business Developer. You will help expand Ebury’s network of Financial Institutions and Money Service Businesses across Germany and Europe, enabling them to offer Ebury’s services to their clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and sign up new partners for the growing partnerships business.
• On‑board and configure new partners, including Money Service Businesses, brokers and financial institutions.
• Report progress against targets and ensure agreed KPIs are met.
• Expand existing relationships and provide market feedback to product and technology teams.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic recent graduate with a strong desire to work in B2B sales or a client‑facing environment.
• Fluency in German and business‑level English.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and global trade.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a drive to achieve ambitious targets.
