Graduate Electrical/Automation Engineer – Relocate to Switzerland

About the role

We are seeking a motivated graduate electrical or automation technician to join a leading aerospace machine‑tool manufacturer. The position offers the chance to relocate to Switzerland and work on the assembly, installation, and commissioning of cutting‑edge manufacturing equipment for major aerospace customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation of machine tools, assemblies, and peripheral equipment.
• Carry out electrical commissioning and functional testing of complex machine systems.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical assembly and commissioning teams.
• Support troubleshooting and fault‑finding activities on site.
• Execute installation and commissioning tasks at customer locations worldwide.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
• Strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Ability to interpret and work with electrical systems and controls.
• Good German language skills; English is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
