Graduate HR Partner

About the role

Amazon is seeking a recent graduate to join its Human Resources team as a Graduate HR Partner. In this front‑line position you will support Team Leads and Area Managers at a Fulfillment Center, helping to create a positive associate experience through engagement activities and case management.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and advise Team Leads and Area Managers on HR topics.
• Manage low‑risk employee cases and support investigations in line with local legislation.
• Implement initiatives to improve workplace environment and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on hiring, recruiting and engagement projects.
• Develop and maintain communication plans with the HR team.
• Lead or support HR projects as assigned.
• Collect and analyse data on attrition, attendance, workforce management, recruitment and engagement.
• Conduct compliance audits applying knowledge of local employee law under supervision.

Required profile

• Valid university degree at start date.
• Highly proficient spoken and written English and the local language (CEFR C1).
• Experience with basic employment law, HR or payroll practices.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, changing or international environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources (preferred).
• Stakeholder‑management experience dealing with multiple partners.
