Talent Acquisition Manager – Tech

About the role

As Talent Acquisition Manager – Tech at bunch, you will own end‑to‑end hiring for Engineering, Product, Design and Analytics teams. You will build high‑quality technical pipelines, translate business needs into structured hiring strategies, and partner with technical leaders to make evidence‑based hiring decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned technical searches from kickoff through offer acceptance and onboarding handover, creating clear scorecards, interview plans and delivery forecasts.
• Build targeted outbound pipelines, engage passive talent with tailored communication, and develop reusable talent maps across referrals and technical communities.
• Partner with hiring managers on talent availability, location, compensation and level while maintaining high interview quality and timely feedback.
• Manage multiple searches using explicit priorities, milestones and risk signals, keeping Ashby workflows and forecasts accurate.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve research, reporting and follow‑up while retaining human judgment and data quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience with ownership of technical roles in fast‑moving environments.
• Mix of agency and startup experience is a plus.
• Self‑starter who identifies gaps, proposes solutions and closes loops without detailed direction.
• Resilient and persistent when searches become difficult, yet knows when to change course.
• Curious about technical work, talent markets and the business, able to calibrate credibly with engineering, product and analytics leaders.
