Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Scelion is an early‑stage B2B SaaS startup that automates public procurement for companies. We are looking for a full‑time Growth Marketing Manager to join the team in the Greater Munich area and help build brand awareness, generate demand, and turn market interest into qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build awareness for Scelion in the German B2B market.
• Create and publish content for LinkedIn, the website, email campaigns and other channels.
• Support founder‑led marketing and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Translate complex procurement topics into clear, engaging content.
• Plan, execute and test growth experiments.
• Assist outbound campaigns with messaging, content and target‑group research.
• Develop case studies, customer stories and sales collateral.
• Improve website messaging and positioning.
• Identify relevant communities, events, partnerships and channels.
• Collaborate closely with sales to convert interest into qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Native‑level German communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Professional experience in marketing, growth, content marketing or demand generation.
• Strong writing ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Interest in B2B SaaS, startups and public procurement.
• Hands‑on mindset with a willingness to test, learn and iterate quickly.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Willingness to work onsite in the Greater Munich area.
