Growth Product Manager

About the role

Doodle is expanding its B2B SaaS platform beyond scheduling into a full‑stack productivity suite. As a Growth Product Manager you will own the growth roadmap, turning insights into measurable product initiatives that boost user acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a growth‑focused product roadmap that balances short‑term optimisation with long‑term investments.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, marketing and revenue teams to align priorities and execute experiments.
• Identify friction points across key user journeys (activation, engagement, retention, expansion) and propose data‑driven solutions.
• Build and manage a structured experimentation backlog, set hypotheses, success metrics and evaluation frameworks.
• Improve onboarding, activation flows and lifecycle experiences to drive habit formation.
• Help define KPIs, funnel reporting and success metrics, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in product management, growth product management or product‑led growth within SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of delivering product initiatives that generate measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data, customer insights and business goals into clear priorities.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, data, marketing, sales).
