Growth Product Owner

About the role

Doodle is expanding its B2B SaaS platform beyond scheduling into a broader productivity suite. We are looking for a Growth Product Owner to own the growth roadmap, turn insights into measurable outcomes, and drive product‑led success across activation, retention and monetisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Growth roadmap, balancing short‑term optimisation with long‑term product investments.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing and Revenue teams to align priorities and drive execution.
• Lead product‑led growth initiatives across activation, engagement, monetisation, retention and expansion.
• Identify friction points and growth opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle using quantitative and qualitative research.
• Build and manage a structured experimentation backlog, define hypotheses, success metrics and rollout plans.
• Improve onboarding, activation flows and feature adoption to foster habit formation and long‑term value.
• Define KPIs, funnel reporting and success metrics, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in product management, growth product management or product‑led growth in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of delivering product initiatives that generate measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data, customer insights and experimentation results into clear priorities.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing and sales.
