Head of Mobilization Europe

About the role

Levy Europe is seeking a senior leader to drive the mobilisation of new stadium and arena contracts across Europe. You will own the end‑to‑end takeover process, ensuring a smooth transition from the outgoing operator to Levy’s hospitality team and delivering the first live event on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a mobilisation plan for each newly acquired venue, covering milestones, budget and timeline.
• Manage handover from the outgoing operator, minimising disruption and overseeing employee transfer processes (e.g., TUPE).
• Lead recruitment, transfer and training of catering and hospitality staff on site.
• Coordinate all workstreams required for opening, including kitchen set‑up, equipment installation, supplier onboarding, IT/POS implementation, licensing and food‑safety approvals.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and co‑determination requirements (e.g., works councils in Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for venue clients during the mobilisation phase.
• Supervise the first live event(s) to confirm operational readiness before handing over to the permanent team.
• Report status, risks and budget to senior leadership and maintain a playbook for repeatable takeovers.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in stadium or venue catering, hospitality operations, or contract mobilisation.
• Strong project‑management capability with the ability to run multiple time‑critical projects across countries.
• Working knowledge of employment and co‑determination frameworks in Germany, the Netherlands and/or Sweden, or willingness to acquire it quickly.
• Experience handling employee transfer processes such as TUPE.
• Fluent English (C2) plus another European language (e.g., French or German).
• Willingness to travel regularly across European markets.
• Hands‑on, structured, calm under tight opening deadlines and excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
