HR Manager – Lead Multi‑Site HR Function

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead a commercially focused HR function across a complex, multi‑site organisation. Working closely with executive leadership, you will shape and deliver people strategy, guide the full employee lifecycle and drive organisational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead a high‑performing HR team, providing coaching to senior leaders.
• Manage employee relations, restructures, TUPE transfers and organisational change.
• Oversee workforce planning, engagement, retention and performance improvement.
• Partner with senior leadership on stakeholder management and commercial initiatives.
• Drive HR analytics, reporting and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of HR experience, including leadership of multi‑site functions.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven track record of leading restructures, TUPE transfers and organisational change.
• Experience developing high‑performing HR teams and coaching senior leaders.
• Commercial mindset with ability to improve engagement, retention and operational performance.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all organisational levels.
