About the role

Proxima Fusion is building the world’s first commercial stellarator fusion power plant. As a People Operations Coordinator you will help create a scalable, employee‑centric operating foundation that supports rapid international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day people operations across multiple regions.
• Administer core employee‑lifecycle processes such as onboarding and off‑boarding, continuously improving them.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose practical, business‑aligned improvements.
• Leverage HR tools and systems to simplify and scale people processes.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive projects from initiation to completion.
• Maintain clear SOPs and policies to ensure consistent execution across locations.
• Address everyday employee queries on HR topics.
• Collaborate with external providers (payroll, benefits) to guarantee reliable service delivery.
• Monitor compliance and manage regional risk exposure.

Required profile

• Empathetic and sensitive leadership style.
• Advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms, especially HiBob.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage complex projects.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven workflow automation and continuous‑improvement practices.
