Integrated Designer – 18‑month Fixed‑Term (Heidelberg)

About the role

OLIVER is looking for an Integrated Designer to join an award‑winning in‑house studio embedded with a leading consumer health and hygiene brand. This 18‑month fixed‑term role will see you create and deliver design solutions across Europe, working on digital, social, print and e‑commerce assets for top FMCG and healthcare brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead concept development and visual design from brief to final delivery across digital, print, social and e‑commerce channels.
• Produce consumer‑first assets, including new ideas, asset repurposing and reformatting from global toolkits.
• Act as brand guardian, ensuring design consistency and deep understanding of brand, category and audience.
• Create a wide range of deliverables such as pack retouching, layouts, illustrations, static and animated online banners, social posts, POS materials and e‑commerce visuals.
• Storyboard and produce motion and animation concepts using After Effects and Premiere.
• Prepare and quality‑check files for print and web, managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated design work for consumer brands.
• Ability to translate strategic briefs into clear, compelling visual solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Comfort working in a collaborative studio environment and presenting ideas to clients.
