Interim Group Financial Controller – Multi‑Entity Accounting

About the role

We are supporting an international technology company in need of an experienced Interim Group Financial Controller. You will own the full accounting cycle across several legal entities, lead month‑end close, and act as the internal expert on compliance, tax and statutory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end accounting cycle for multiple entities.
• Lead month‑end close, consolidation, intercompany accounting and group reporting.
• Manage annual audits and statutory accounts for all entities.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and tax advisors.
• Oversee tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive finance‑process improvement, automation and transformation initiatives.
• Maintain and optimise finance systems and ERP platforms.
• Partner with the CFO on accounting strategy, controls and reporting.

Required profile

• Strong experience in multi‑entity accounting, consolidation and intercompany processes.
• Proven track record managing annual audits and statutory reporting.
• Hands‑on tax experience across several jurisdictions.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
