Internal Communication Specialist

About the role

As an Internal Communication Specialist you will partner with senior stakeholders in the Gas Services division to shape leadership messages and translate complex topics into clear, impactful communication. You will work in an international environment supporting transformation and change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine executive communications and messaging for senior stakeholders in Gas Services.
• Create and structure strategic, operational and transformation‑related storylines.
• Translate complex technical content into concise, audience‑specific messages.
• Independently manage communication projects, coordinating with senior leaders across borders.
• Contribute to internal communication formats, storytelling and change initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to challenge and improve communication outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Strong writing, structuring and storytelling abilities.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a diverse, international setting.
• Structured, independent work style with high ownership and execution capability.
• Curiosity and quick learning to adapt communication to new topics and audiences.
