Junior Health & Safety Advisor

About the role

Crown is seeking a Junior Health & Safety Advisor to support the safe delivery of major construction projects across Germany and Europe. This rotation‑based position will give you hands‑on experience on high‑profile data‑centre, pharmaceutical and industrial sites while working closely with site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring health & safety procedures on multiple construction sites.
• Carry out site inspections, audits and safety observations to identify hazards.
• Support the preparation, review and updating of risk assessments, method statements and other safety documentation.
• Monitor daily site activities and promptly report unsafe acts or conditions.
• Participate in accident, incident and near‑miss investigations and help produce corrective actions.
• Deliver site inductions and contribute to toolbox talks as required.
• Maintain accurate health & safety records, reports and compliance registers.
• Collaborate with site management, subcontractors and operatives to foster a positive safety culture.

Required profile

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health & safety qualification (mandatory).
• At least 1 year of experience in a construction, health & safety or site‑based role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence working alongside site teams and subcontractors.
• Fluent English and a full, clean driving licence.
• Unrestricted right to work in Germany and the EU (no visa sponsorship available).
• Willingness to work on a rotation basis and travel across Germany and Europe.
