Junior Quality Manager – Product Quality

About the role

As a Junior Quality Manager you will ensure that Westwing Collection products meet the company’s high quality standards. You will work closely with buying, creative and engineering teams to identify issues, develop solutions and continuously improve the product experience for an international customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse supplier and product performance data to identify focus areas for quality improvement.
• Collaborate in cross‑functional teams to solve problems and implement enhancements across the Westwing Collection portfolio.
• Use AI‑driven tools and automation to optimise quality tracking, data analysis and reporting.
• Refine existing quality standards and adapt them for new projects, aligning with suppliers.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with suppliers in Asia and Europe, guiding corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer, delivery and design service teams on product‑quality issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (manufacturing/quality focus) or a completed apprenticeship in manufacturing, furniture craftsmanship or upholstery.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality management or as a furniture craftsman.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
• Fluency in English.
