Junior Sales Executive – Networking Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join Teltonika’s networking solutions unit in Munich. You will help expand our presence in the German market by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts for our industrial and enterprise connectivity products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in Germany.
• Generate new business through cold‑calling, networking and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers via regular contact, presentations and visits.
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Represent Teltonika at exhibitions and meetings.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM database.
• Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to meet customer requirements.

Required profile

• Confident B2B sales presence in the German market.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Consultative approach to understand client needs and propose solutions.
• Full German driving licence.
