License Owner / Operator – Berlin

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial License Owner/Operator to launch and run the Stranger Soccer brand in Berlin. You will be responsible for building a vibrant football community, managing daily operations and driving growth of the platform in the city.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer activities in Berlin, securing venues and partnerships.
• Recruit, train and supervise game hosts and part‑time staff.
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement.
• Ensure a consistent, high‑quality game experience that retains players.
• Continuously improve operational processes and scale the business.

Required profile

• Passionate about football with strong local market insight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
• Proven experience in operations, events, community building or related fields.
• Excellent communication and people‑leadership abilities.
