Logistic Service Coordinator – Airfreight Export

About the role

Join PSA BDP in Frankfurt as a Logistic Service Coordinator focused on airfreight export. You will ensure that air cargo shipments are handled in full compliance with legal requirements while delivering high‑quality service to our global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage air cargo shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring legal compliance.
• Perform customs clearance using Atlas and AES systems.
• Provide personalized, intensive customer service and coordinate with overseas offices and agents.
• Prepare quotations and invoices for export shipments.
• Monitor, optimise, and report on work processes and results.
• Record and resolve complaints, meeting all deadlines.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in airfreight commercial or freight forwarding coordination.
• Hands‑on experience with airfreight export shipments.
• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.

Required skills

• Confident use of MS Office applications.
• Experience with Atlas customs clearance system.
• Experience with AES electronic filing system.
