Logistics Manager

About the role

Too Good To Go is looking for a Logistics Manager to lead the operational execution of its “Too Good To Go Parcel” business across a cluster of European markets. You will be the primary operational anchor for third‑party logistics (3PL) providers and last‑mile carriers, ensuring that surplus food is collected, assembled into parcels, and delivered to customers efficiently and sustainably.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day account management of 3PL and last‑mile partners, enforcing service level agreements and cost targets.
• Lead a team of Logistics Specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with external vendors, acting as the escalation point for operational issues.
• Develop and execute continuous‑improvement roadmaps with logistics partners to enhance service quality and reduce waste.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of European Logistics and Operational Excellence teams to shape the logistics strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing 3PL and last‑mile logistics operations, preferably in a fast‑growing consumer‑facing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a logistics team.
• Excellent analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, operations, and sustainability teams.
