Manufacturing Production Worker (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Production Worker (m/f/d) to join our Munich team at Würth Elektronik Midcom. You will work in a high‑tech environment, helping to optimise production processes for custom transformers and related components.

Key responsibilities

• Produce transformers (up to 400 W) and perform electrical and mechanical parameter measurements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to ensure smooth production.
• Develop solutions to manufacturing challenges during the design phase.
• Support development engineers in realising transformer projects.
• Complete sample reports and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Completed training as an electronics/electrical technician or comparable qualification.
• Experience in measurement technology, mechanics and basic electronic components is desirable.
• Knowledge of testing specifications for transformers and inductors.
• Business‑fluent English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Strong ability to recognise and eliminate errors and process problems.
