Manufacturing Production Worker (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Production Worker in manufacturing to join our Munich team. You will work with high‑tech test and inspection equipment, produce low‑power transformers and help optimise our production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce transformers (up to 400 W) and perform electrical and mechanical measurements.
• Identify and implement improvements to ensure smooth, error‑free production.
• Develop solutions to manufacturing problems during the design phase.
• Support development engineers in realising transformer projects.
• Complete sample reports and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Completed training as an electronics or electrical technician (or comparable qualification).
• Experience in measurement technology, mechanics and basic electronic components is desirable.
• Familiarity with testing specifications for transformers and inductors.
• Business‑fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
• Strong ability to recognise and eliminate process errors.
