Manufacturing Production Worker – Transformers (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in Munich. You will work with high‑tech test and inspection equipment to produce low‑power transformers (<400 W) and ensure that production processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Produce transformers and perform electrical and mechanical measurements.
• Identify and implement optimisations for consistent production flow.
• Develop solutions to manufacturing problems during the design phase.
• Support development engineers in realising transformer projects.
• Complete sample reports and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Completed training as an electronics/electrical technician or comparable qualification.
• Experience with measurement technology, mechanics and basic electronic components.
• Knowledge of testing specifications for transformers and inductors.
• Business‑fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Ability to recognise and eliminate errors and process issues.
