Manufacturing Production Worker – Transformers (m/f/d)

About the role

Join the Wurth Elektronik Midcom team in Munich as a Production Worker focused on transformer manufacturing. You will work in a high‑tech environment with test and inspection equipment, applying theoretical knowledge to optimise production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce transformers (up to 400 W) and perform electrical and mechanical measurements.
• Develop solutions to manufacturing problems during the design phase.
• Support development engineers in realising transformer prototypes.
• Complete sample reports and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Completed training as an electronics/electrical technician or comparable qualification.
• Experience in measurement technology, mechanics and basic electronic components is desirable.
• Business‑fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
• Ability to identify and eliminate errors to ensure smooth production.
