Mechanical Supervisor – Frankfurt

About the role

We are a leading engineering services company seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to join our Frankfurt site. You will work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate and execute mechanical works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Report to the Construction and/or Project Manager.
• Ensure all site activities comply with company HSQE requirements.
• Daily management, supervision, and reporting of labour resources, plant, safe execution of works and material allocation.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors on site.
• Conduct post‑construction surveys and compile accurate As‑Built records.
• Carry out compliance and administration procedures, recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.
• Guarantee works meet building regulations, National Rules for Mechanical Installations, health, safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Mechanical trade background (essential).
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
