Medical Science Liaison Manager (MSL) – Oncology, Rheumatology & Immunology

About the role

Dr. Reddy’s Biologics is expanding its Medical Affairs team in Germany and seeks two Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Managers to support a growing biosimilar portfolio across oncology, rheumatology and immunology. The MSL will act as the scientific expert and primary medical interface with external healthcare professionals, ensuring high‑quality, non‑promotional scientific exchange.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain scientific partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and senior clinicians in the assigned therapeutic areas.
• Conduct unbiased discussions on biosimilars covering mechanism of action, extrapolation, switching, interchangeability, real‑world evidence, safety, efficacy and immunogenicity.
• Serve as the primary medical contact for assigned regions and accounts.
• Respond promptly to unsolicited medical inquiries and present clinical trial data, publications and congress insights.
• Support medical education activities, advisory boards and scientific meetings.
• Generate and communicate medical insights to inform brand and launch strategies, switch initiatives and market‑access planning.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial and Pharmacovigilance teams.
• Ensure compliance with local and global regulations, SOPs and governance standards, documenting interactions and reporting safety information as required.

Required profile

• Dynamic and empathetic personality with a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes.
• Experience in medical affairs or scientific exchange within the pharmaceutical/biotech sector.
• Knowledge of biosimilars and the therapeutic areas of oncology, rheumatology and immunology.
• Ability to build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
