Onsite Manager – Data Centre (Frankfurt)

About the role

We are looking for an Onsite Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations on a flagship data‑centre fit‑out in Frankfurt. You will ensure the construction site runs safely, stays on schedule and meets the high standards required for mission‑critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and maintain safe, on‑time progress of CSA interiors.
• Coordinate subcontractors, conduct toolbox talks and manage on‑site logistics.
• Track project milestones and documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and crews to resolve issues quickly.

Required profile

• Proven site management or fit‑out experience, preferably in data‑centres or mission‑critical environments.
• Strong awareness of EHS and QA/QC procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and communicate effectively in English.

Required skills

• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) proficiency.
