About the role

Join JustWatch’s Creative Unit in Munich as an in‑house Producer. You will coordinate the production of video and graphic creatives for high‑impact campaigns that reach movie fans in over 140 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily workflows and act as the communication hub between editors, graphic designers, the production department and the Berlin‑based campaigns team.
• Organise all materials required for creative production and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and translation agencies, primarily in English, to gather briefs and feedback.
• Support editorial concept development and, when needed, write concepts yourself.
• Quality‑check all creatives produced under your delegation, handling assets in more than twenty‑five languages.
• Collaborate with fellow producers to maintain consistent standards across projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a producer for television or an online media outlet.
• Strong passion for movies and series with deep knowledge of production processes, formats and social‑media channel rules.
• Highly structured yet flexible mindset, able to switch priorities while keeping track of multiple tasks.
• Proven ability to work under time pressure and manage demanding client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German proficiency required, additional languages a plus.
