About the role
Quipu, the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group, is seeking a Product Analyst to support its payments portfolio. The role bridges business goals and delivery teams, ensuring that product features deliver maximum value for banks and financial institutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and translate stakeholder requirements into clear, prioritized user stories.
- Maintain and continuously refine a well‑defined product backlog with explicit acceptance criteria.
- Guide the development team during sprint planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with sprint goals.
- Assist in removing blockers, coordinating cross‑team dependencies, and supporting issue resolution.
- Document release notes, training materials, and post‑go‑live activities, ensuring smooth handovers to support teams.
- Measure product performance using qualitative and quantitative data to drive continuous improvement.
