Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Production Manager to lead the development of AI‑powered finance tools for enterprise customers. Based in Munich and part of the founding product team, you will shape the product roadmap and help large organisations automate manual accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own critical sections of the product roadmap from discovery through rollout, driving adoption and measurable time savings for finance teams.
• Translate complex accounting workflows and compliance requirements into clear product specifications.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal stakeholders and the market to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with founders and engineers to build accurate, intuitive, enterprise‑ready finance workflows.
• Create and maintain customer‑facing enablement materials such as documentation, release notes and training content.
• Support QA and user‑acceptance testing to ensure features meet quality and compliance standards.
• Guide customers through change management and AI adoption, providing hands‑on support.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise software.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to turn complex requirements into elegant AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, both internally and with external partners.
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative and comfortable in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Experience with LLM‑based software solutions or AI agents.
