Program Analyst

About the role

Plug and Play Tech Center is seeking a Program Analyst to support the day‑to‑day operations of its accelerator programs and events in Munich and Stuttgart. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth logistics, fostering connections between startups and corporate partners, and keeping the office environment efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing accelerator programs, workshops, and corporate‑partner events, handling scheduling, communications and material preparation.
• Provide direct support to participating startups, linking them with mentors, resources and industry experts.
• Organise flagship events such as Summits, Demo Days and Pitch Days, managing registrations, venue logistics (both physical and virtual) and attendee communications.
• Support speakers, partners, startups and guests during events to guarantee an excellent participant experience.
• Maintain the Munich office’s day‑to‑day operations, coordinating with vendors, building management and service providers, and overseeing supplies and meeting‑room readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Media, Engineering or a related field.
• 6–12 months of experience in a startup, innovation, consulting, project‑management or operations environment.
