Project Manager – Building Services Engineering (HVAC)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a leading client‑side project management consultancy and drive building services engineering projects across major German cities. The role combines strategic client advising with hands‑on coordination of HVAC, electrical and energy‑efficiency solutions in office, residential, hotel and light‑industrial developments.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on HVAC, electrical, energy‑efficiency and overall building‑services concepts.
• Review TGA designs, specifications and tender documentation to ensure technical compliance.
• Manage and coordinate TGA aspects of complex construction and real‑estate projects from the client side.

Required profile

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in TGA planning.
• Knowledge of HOAI and tendering processes.
• Strong communication skills and interest in project management or consulting.
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
