Project Manager – Building Services (HKLS)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the design, calculation and planning of heating, ventilation, sanitary and cooling systems (HKLS) for construction projects. The role covers all HOAI service phases from concept to handover and involves close interaction with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Project, calculate and plan HKLS systems according to HOAI phases 1‑9.
• Perform energetic evaluations of buildings and technical installations.
• Coordinate specialist planners such as technical gases, steam systems and sound insulation.
• Prepare building permits and manage acceptance documentation for completed services.
• Monitor compliance with legal provisions, norms and occupational safety regulations.
• Serve as the primary on‑site contact for clients and collaborate with related departments.

Required profile

• Degree in supply engineering, technical building equipment (TGA) or a technician/master qualification in HKLS or comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in supply engineering or TGA planning (desired).
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken.
• Class B driver’s licence is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with HOAI, VOB and relevant VDE norms.
